I shared a suggestion I heard in a workshop series I’m a part of… to find and/or invest in a space that is purely yours to safely recharge. Without exception, the men in this group have shown the natural capacity to invest in others… to be there as pillars, examples and support for others… in order to ultimately give from a place of fullness, the advice was to mindfully invest in yourself and your own wellbeing. A very similar message as @French Lick once told me (as well as every commercial flight’s announcement)… take care of yourself so you can fully and naturally invest in others… free from commitment or transactional return… simply from a place of being a giving/loving person.
