20 OH Triceps at the goal line
Carry block to 25-yard line and do 20 curls for the girls
Carry block to 50-yard line and do 10 lawnmowers per arm
Mosey to opposite 25-yard line and do 20 merkins
Mosey to opposite goal line and do 10 lunges per leg

Reversing back starting at the goal line after the six was in:

20 squats, 20 deadlifts, 20 overhead presses, 20 Calf Raises

6MOM:

McGill Big 3 exercises – core and back strengthening. Counts of 30sec each Neutral spine crunch (x2) Side-plank each side Bird dog each side

Father’s Day CheckupOn the radio Father’s Day morning on the way to the ruck, there was an interview with a cardiologist. She was saying men are mostly to “perform a tune-up on their car before they even think about getting a checkup”.  There are little signs we ignore as we get older. One of them is shortness of breath when performing a normal activity like walking your dogs or climbing a flight of stairs. This may not be “getting old” but a sign of a heart condition. If treated early enough, it could prevent more drastic steps.So, as a father, please do a checkup on yourself. This may give you more time with your family
