Workout:
- 5 Man Makers at the goal line
- Carry block to 25 yard line and do 25 curls
- Carry block to 50 yard line and do 25 lawnmowers per arm
- Sprint to opposite 25 yard line and do 25 merkins
- Sprint to opposite goal line and do 10 lunges per leg
- Reverse until back at starting goal line
Repeat pattern for 2 additional rounds:
- Round 2: 15 swings, 25 overhead press, 25 deadlifts, 25 squats, 10 burpees
- Round 3: 15 thrusters, 25 rows, 50 chest press, 25 mountain climbers (2 is 1), 15-yard bear crawl
