Workout:

1 lake loop in the format of 60 seconds of running followed by 60 seconds of walking.  2/3 of the way around we stopped at a hill and did two rounds of 11s.  Round one consisted of banded thrusters and banded bicep curls.  Rounds two was banded lateral raises and crutches (1=10).
