Fun with Finch

Pax relived their glory days on the gridiron (kind of). Partnered up and rotated between 4 stations: Sled Push, Tackling Dummies, 40 yard dash, alternating burpees. First round was 3 minutes at each station. Second round was 90 seconds at each station.
