@IcyHot @Stafford and @SloMo started with a Merkin-heavy mini beatdown. Then many played a close game of Ultimate, some did kettlebells, a few ran or recovered from an early run and 1 biked in an “Only Fans” suitable outfit. A great time was had by all.

Thought of the day was in response to the tragic murder-suicide that recently unfolded in Stow. It was a senseless act that should remind us all to make the most of the time we have with family and loved ones.
