Workout:

10 rounds of a ladder. The first 2 moves start with 2 reps, 2nd 2 moves start with 1 rep, and 30 seconds to perform the number of reps for each move. Moves include KB swings, Merkins, Goblet squat, and Burpee.

50-yard mosey for recovery, 50-yard alternating lunge followed by (for @Garcia) 10 yard drag & drop.
