Warm-up:

Started with @Hardware leading is in some sun salutations, then borrowed some floga moves, tappy-taps, arm circles, etc…

Workout:

Started with 10 sets of 20 swings every minute. When the 20 swings were accomplished, we were able to rest for however much of the 1 minute was left. Repeated this with KB alpos and then the thing where you lay on your back, put your legs up in the air at a 90-degree angle to your body and you hold your kettlebell straight up in the air and then move it to one side of your body while your legs go the opposite direction… (I know there has to be a shorter name for this exercise!). We reduced the reps to 10 for those.

COT:

“If you fake bravery when you’re terrified, that’s bravery. If you do the thing when you’re feeling unmotivated, that’s motivation!”. Don’t wait to be motivated to do the thing. Do it. Motivation may or may not come but what will definitely come will be the discipline required to keep doing the “thing” for the long-haul.
