Workout:

PAX circled up with coupons and each picked an exercise for the workout.  We went around the circle, starting with 10 reps of each, increased by 5 reps each round.  We went up to 25, then back down.  Exercises chosen:

Next Wednesday marks my 4 year anniversary with F3.  I reflected on @Squealer introducing me to the group and how I never imagined doing it, as it is completely out of my comfort zone, but it has been a great experience.During my time with F3, I am especially grateful for the 2nd F, Fellowship.  I have made some great friends and always enjoy the chance to meet outside the beatdowns, whether it be happy hour, golf, Fristmas, or the impromptu lunches. It has also been great seeing men overcome obstacles, both in their personal life and recovering from injury.  Some even coming back from difficult surgeries.  Well done, men!This is an amazing group and I am grateful to be a part of it.
