Workout:

Each PAX started with weight, either 15-20-25-30-35-40lbs kettlebell (KB). After each round, all PAX shifted up 5 lbs in weight. The PAX who had 40lbs for the previous round got to go down to the lowest weight. *PAX with the 30 lb kettlebell was the one to call cadence.

We completed five total rounds by the end of the workout. Great job today men!

COT:

No one is going to sit on their deathbed wishing they completed more of their jobs around the house. They ARE going to be grateful they spent more time with their family. I’ve got time off between contracts right now, so Kim and I are making good on promised experiences for the kids. The boys chose laser tag with their friends and the girls chose the trampoline/ninja course park. We are having a blast! I love seeing the smiles and getting the hugs and sharing the memories with my kids. Spend more time with your kids.
