Ruck

Only two ruckers showed this morning, @McCracken @RadioIf ever there was a good morning for me to have a slim crowd, this was it.  I bailed after 2.25 miles of battling knee pain.  Hopefully, these Thursday mornings will pick up, now that the weather is turning.
