Workout:
cycled through 20 reps of 4 exercises: merkins, coupon curls, overhead presses, and squats, ran to opposite goal line and back, rinse and repeat for about 23 minutes (not glorious, though). There was finally music courtesy of @Bunker

Thought today was stolen from “Just Do It”! For me, an unmotivated Sunday evening became an uninspired Monday morning, but I just kept moving forward at each step. Finally, by 0540, the momentum paid off and I felt more present at the beatdown- the one I was supposed to be leading. The point is just take that one step and then that next step to keep you pushing forward in anything you do. Tomorrow will be waiting, but just keep focusing on the path forward today, one step at a time.
