Workout:

Chillin’ on the Tow Path (rematch edition). Big Bend to Memorial Park Way & back = 4 miles. Nice autumn run today as a group. @Hardware got in a solid mile on his recovering hip.

COT:

I drew a blank. Prepared some thoughts but they slipped my mind (old guy moment I guess). PAX stepped up and we instead enjoyed comical adventures and stories of almost being arrested at gun point.

Coffee with @Software, @Hardware, @Comeback Kid, & @Spicy Lamb. Discussions were broad and deep: Faith, war, why evil exists in the world, marriage & relationship advice, and overall good fellowship.
