I have been reading the F3 book Freed to Lead and they speak about the term sad clown. It is defined as someone who is smiling on the outside but is sad on the inside. If you happen to be a sad clown, reach out to friends and talk with someone. If you are not a sad clown, then keep your eyes out for those that are. We all need help throughout our lives and don’t be afraid to ask for it when you need it. It could be as easy as taking a quiet moment and saying Lord, I need help.
