We paired up. Both started on the same goal line. One partner ran to the opposite end zone while the other farmer’s carried the same distance. The runner did SSHs until the mule got there. Once both arrived, they switched and repeated…. One running, one carrying.

Repeat for time (so, admittedly, not a Dora.)

  • 50 LBCs
  • Side crunches – 25 per side
  • Side plank dips – 20 per side
