Workout:
We met along the back of the school to put our fitness faith into a deck of cards.
Face cards were shuffled and lined up face down along the sidewalk. These represented the exercises (J = Crunchy Frogs, Q = Shoulder Taps, K = Merkins and A = Burpee). Then, two number cards (2s removed) were placed face down by each of the face cards. These represented the counts. For the core exercises, the count = the product of the two cards while for the upper body exercises, the count = the sum of the two cards.
We made our way down the line, revealing a set, doing the determined count and then mosied around 40 yards or so before repeating until all the cards were revealed.
6MOM:
We focused on back and hips with some pickle pointers and hip flexor exercises.
COT:
Neighbor 1: “Why did you spend all day with your son fixing that bike when the bike shop could have fixed it in an hour?”
Neighbor 2: “Because I am building a son, not fixing a bike.”
