Workout:

PAX Started on the north sideline, ran to the south and did one flying squirrel, back to the north for 2 flying squirrels and so on, until they reached 15. For rounds 16-30, we switched to squats, and from 31 up we did air presses, if only because we were too tired to do anything else, other than pickers.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so those who believe would not perish, but have eternal life.
I know I used this verse a few weeks ago, but with it being Good Friday, I felt nothing was more appropriate. We should all be thankful that we have such a gracious God and have been given forgiveness for our sins. We’re human, we sin, God knows it, and we are forgiven. What a blessing!
