Remembering that I got in with MAC on6/22, the BEEtdown was executed as 6 Burpees, move to opposite sideline and perform 22 reps of exercise selected from a bucket. Rinse and repeat. We moved across the field in a mosey, bear crawl with mosey, sideways run, leap frog, hop with mosey, and weaving run. 22 rep exercises included merkins, SSH, squats, plank jax, flutter kicks, LBC. Lost count of the number of sets.
10 rep exercise selected by PAX=6 in hold/flutter kicks, braddocks, Dr W, side crunch, fast slow mercury’s, merkins, boat hold, Superman’s.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. So grateful to join in with this crew. I have benefited in each of the core principles: Fitness- have improved my health and well being. Have become stronger, improved endurance and have done things I never would have on my own Fellowship: I gain something from every interaction with F3 and I have a brotherhood that has helped me become a better man. I love the camaraderie and the HIM I have met here. Faith: I have improved in my walk and have learned a great deal about thinking outside of myself.
