ax paired up – one had a frisbee and one had a coupon – started at the endzone – guy with frisbee seal crawled in snow while his partner murder bunnied next to him until they reached the ten yard line – at that point they traded frisbee for coupon and vice versa and proceeded ten yards down the field – at that point guy with coupon did man makers while his partner ran a lap around the track. This proceeded with the following exercises down the field: coupon swings, decline pushups, rows and Bulgarian squats. Each guy took turns doing prescribed exercise while the other ran. The pax then returned down the field allowing for the guy who ran to do the exercise he missed on the way down.

Thought: : “Don’t compare yourself with other people, compare yourself with who you were yesterday” – a personal struggle of mine has been comparing the things and opportunities that I have with those of others.
