  • Curls w/ coupon
  • Side tri’s
  • Overhead presses w/ coupon
  • Monkey humpers
  • Bent rows w/ coupon
  • LBCs
  • Man makers at starting goal line and then merkins
  • Curls w/ block
  • Pickle pointers
