After exiting their cars, the pax warmed up with some neck rolls followed by some arm circles.  In between the exercises they did Side Straddle Hops.  To finish, they performed three Sun Salutations.  The Q then made the mistake of asking if anyone needed anything else,   then asked for Garth Brooks:weary:.


The pax then traveled to the field to make their choice:
@Splenda(FNG) chose to run- 100 yd sprints (25 min)While  chose to man battle stations: battle ropes, sled push, slam ball, abmat, ab roller, tire flip, jump rope, weighted get ups. Performed 45sec on 45sec off.

Every athlete who has pushed beyond his known limits of endurance in the quest for improvement understands. There is no experience quite that of driving yourself to the point of wanting to give up and then not giving up.
