Rinse and repeatNote I forgot the motivator. Planned on finishing with that and then MOM…maybe next time.

6MOM:

Finished up with all pax for MOM
-Around the circle doing big boy sit ups. Each pax took turns counting the up. Two times around for 40 total.
-drunken mountain climbers led by  IC x10 with alternating hold at end
