Over the Hills and ’round the Lake

Workout:

Hill

  • Run up the hill
  • 10 squats
  • Down the hill
  • 10 squats
  • Repeato
  • Bear crawl to the near top of the hill
  • Clockwork merkins (5 at each phase)
  • Bear crawl to the top
  • Bear crawl down to the merkins spot
  • Clockwork merkins (5 at each phase)
  • Bear crawl to the bottom

Around the lake

  • Partner up
  • One partner runs a lap around the lake (~1/3 mile)
  • Other partner starts 25 merkins, 50 squats, 50 LBCs, 25 dips
  • When partner finishes lap, they switch and continue along
  • Repeato until time is up

6MOM:

We worked our core and then the 2nd F as Radio treated us all to coffee and fruit. (Thanks, Radio!)
