Over the Hills and ’round the Lake

Workout:
Hill
- Run up the hill
- 10 squats
- Down the hill
- 10 squats
- Repeato
- Bear crawl to the near top of the hill
- Clockwork merkins (5 at each phase)
- Bear crawl to the top
- Bear crawl down to the merkins spot
- Clockwork merkins (5 at each phase)
- Bear crawl to the bottom
Around the lake
- Partner up
- One partner runs a lap around the lake (~1/3 mile)
- Other partner starts 25 merkins, 50 squats, 50 LBCs, 25 dips
- When partner finishes lap, they switch and continue along
- Repeato until time is up

We worked our core and then the 2nd F as Radio treated us all to coffee and fruit. (Thanks, Radio!)
