Jax, descending PU stretch, stretch from toe to head, plank hops, sky hops, toe touches and other stuff
“100 burpees” with a partner
With a 2 minute interval clock running, perform alternating burpees to 100. Every 2 minutes both partners run 200m and continue burpees. 2 minute timer does not stop so you needed to continue burpees with the time left after run until next 2 minute run.
