Workout:

We met at the goal line and ran through a series of exercises/obstacles as many times as we could.

  • 15 yard army crawl
  • 10 merkins every 5 yards to the 40 yard line (50 total)
  • 10 monkey humpers every 5 yards to opposite 40 — frog jumps in between (40 total)
  • 5 burpees every 5 yards to 20 yard line (20 total)
  • Bear crawl 20 yards to the goal line
  • Run the stairs

Repeato.

Congrats to Barnum for completing 3 full circuits.
