Short full body warmup with 400m jog around track

Workout:

Run through the football field sideline to sideline with a different exercise at each 10 yard line marker.  The reps for the exercise was the yard marker.The 9 exercises were:
Burpees x 10
Side straddle hops x 20
Leg Scissors x 30
Shoulder Taps x 40
LBCs x 50
Coupon curls x 20 and Coupon Shoulder Presses x 20
Freddie Mercury x 30
Merkins x20
Dips on bench x 10Cool down: 400m jog around track

The Q is still new at this and forgot to do count-a-rama and name-a-rama (oops).
My daughter and I are doing a You Version Bible Plan. We were discussing perseverance.
Persevere is defined – to persist in anything undertaken; maintain a purpose in spite of difficulty, obstacles, or discouragement; continue steadfastly.
