all warmup was from goal line to 30 yd line and back: light jog, high knees, butt kickers, side lunges. Also, arm swings, tricep stretch, michael phelps, tappy taps, turn and bounce, garth brooks and hip stretches.
Cones were set at the distance of baseball field (90’) and we did exercises at each base. For the first round, do 7 burpees at each of the 4 corners with a mosey in between corners. For the second round, do 14 LBCs at each of the 4 corners with a mosey in between corners. For the third round, do 21 merkins at each of the 4 corners with a mosey in between corners. For the fourth round, do 28 squats at home and 2nd and 28 lunges at 1st and 3d.
We finished off the workout running the bases for time. We ran home to first, home to second and a home run.

I coached my son in baseball this week and it was a really bad game that I gave up on the kids. I had a friend call me out on it a couple days later. I’m thankful that I have a friend that will call me out when needed. We need to make sure that we have friends in our lives that will call us out when we are doing something stupid.
June 22 is the 2nd anniversary of the Copley F3 group.
I stopped at Cardinal Bakery on the way home to check in on @K-Cup. His M was there and mentioned that his mom isn’t doing well. Prayers for @K-Cup and his mom that they keep there eyes on Christ as they go through difficult times.
