2 miles, 100 curl-ups (curl w overhead press), 100 squats, 100 merkins, 100 LBCBroken into circuits…
800 meter, 25 curlups, 25 squats, 25 merkins, 25 LBC
X4(I was out of my mind thinking we could get this in in 20 minutes… good workout but in the future I’d cut the 800s to 400s. Either way,   and  got all 100 reps in but just couldn’t finish the final 800.)
