Kettlebell Workout

Warm-up:

Full Body ROM

Workout:

Thang: 2 rounds on each side (left & right) of the following exercises, 30 sec on, 10 sec recover. 1:00 rest between rounds.
  • single arm KB swing
  • 1 arm row
  • single side reverse lunge
  • clean to press
  • chest press
The Finisher: 8 rounds of loaded bear squat to explosive deadlift. 30 sec on, 30 sec rest

COT:

COT: Don’t go it alone. We need to nurture our relationship with God through prayer and listening AKA communication. Imagine how your relationship with your wife would be if you lived under the same roof but ignored her, didn’t speak to her, didn’t ask her questions, didn’t seek advice on decisions you were making, the list can go and on.
I would be willing to bet things would not be too good. I encourage you to double click on your relationship and communication with God, I mean He is the one who created you and has our lives planned out before we came to exist in human form. Call me crazy but it “kinda” makes sense that we might want to reach out and start nurturing our relationship with Him.
