A simple but effective beat down

  • 10 reps with coupon – Bent rows, Curls, Overhead press
  • 50 yard run  (mixed in a karaoke run mid way)
  • 10 reps each- Merkin, Squat , Burpee
  • Run back to coupon, rinse and repeat.
