Breaking Rocks in the Hot Sun(was on my play list, but didn’t play). We proceeded to do a series of coupon workouts. 2 different sets of 20 followed by a transportation of your choice of lunges or karaokes ladder the field and did this 5 times before starting over. We got 2 string rounds in followed by a quick round of COP (Circle of pain).
COT:
Today’s motivation comes from Theodore Roosevelt’s July 4, 1903 speech in Huntington, New York. Roosevelt reminded Americans that freedom isn’t something we simply inherit—it’s something we earn by the way we live. He honored those who came before us but challenged every generation to rise to their example through hard work, courage, good character, and service to others. He believed that a nation’s greatness depends on the character of its people, and that each of us has a responsibility to leave things better than we found them. His message is simple: be grateful for the opportunities you have, work hard, live with integrity, and make yourself stronger so you can make your community stronger.
