Workout:

Light Stretching followed by each individual selecting a exercise with the reps being that individuals age.

Workout: Game of “SPUD”. First game was each Family was a team and they gave everyone handicaps as they left the circle. Second game was normal SPUD rules.

COT:

Following the workout we named the new individuals. Please forgive me in advance if I forgot anyones name. We had the following newbies: Vader ( @Rad son), Ash (Boyardee’s son), Pikachu ( @Scratch ‘n Sniff daughter) Bubba ( @Shugah son), and Boyardee (Joe Kepic FNG).
