First off sorry for the delay on the Back Blast…. Excuse, excuse, excuse.  I relayed how thankful I am to have found the group and to be surrounded by men whom are continually striving to be better versions of themselves.  It has been very difficult being away for almost a month and a half.  I cannot tell you how good it felt to get back in the gloom.  A big thanks to @Scratch ‘n Sniff for the push this morning.
