Warm-up:
- Arm circles
- Bear stretch
- Runners stretch
Workout:
Each PAX had two coupons and there was one additional for the group.
- Buy-in exercise (rotated between 25 merkins and a lap)
- Blocks were lined up end to end forming a bridge, each PAX stood on their pair
- Last PAX in line did an exercise with the spare block and handed it to the next PAX
- While next PAX did exercise, one who just finished farmers carried his two blocks to the front of the bridge and extended it
- Repeat until bridge reached cone
- Repeat with a different exercise

- Overhead press
- Curls
- Deadlifts
- Cleans
- Squats
A total of 12 rounds. One block casualty.
