Warm-up:

  • Arm circles
  • Bear stretch
  • Runners stretch

Workout:

Each PAX had two coupons and there was one additional for the group.

  • Buy-in exercise (rotated between 25 merkins and a lap)
  • Blocks were lined up end to end forming a bridge, each PAX stood on their pair
  • Last PAX in line did an exercise with the spare block and handed it to the next PAX
  • While next PAX did exercise, one who just finished farmers carried his two blocks to the front of the bridge and extended it
  • Repeat until bridge reached cone
  • Repeat with a different exercise

  • Thrusters
  • Overhead press
  • Curls
  • Deadlifts
  • Cleans
  • Squats

A total of 12 rounds. One block casualty.
