Workout:

We walked 30 yards (as rest) between each exercise.

We each took turns lifting a 45lbs barbell, a 30lbs coupon, a 60lbs sandbag, or a 50lbs kettlebell

15 OH press
15 curls
15 merkins
15 dips
15 squats
15 calf raises
15 DLs
16 lunges
(repeat the cycle, until 30 minutes expire) we made it 3 rounds

6MOM:

Sit-ups
Heels to heaven
Twisting sit-ups
Pass the butter
Low-plank series
LBCs

COT:

Today’s message comes from a quote from Robert Morrison, who is one of the founders of my fraternity, Phi Delta Theta,
“To do what ought to be done, but would not have been done unless I did it, I thought to be my duty.”

To translate that to 2022 terminology:
-always do the right thing
-be a leader
-don’t be afraid to go against the grain, or against what other people are telling you, ESPECIALLY if you know it’s the ‘right’ thing to do
