Workout:

2 Pax: The first was a Beast @Scratch ‘n Sniff and the second @Squid-Q who showed bitch adjacent tendencies.  Seriously @Scratch ‘n Sniff was an animal this morning and put me to shame in something that is normally a strength for me. Nice push scratch!

Workout – One individual farmer carry two 5-gallon buckets of water and all others carry two coupons.  When one individual puts down the 5-gallon buckets the group performs: 5 coupon thrusters, 10 coupon deadlifts, 15 Coupon Swings, 20 bucket dropper’s choice of ab exercise.

COT:

We discussed and pondered throughout the work why do men as they age decide to stop taking care of themselves. I posed the question what are you going to do as you age to prevent that from becoming you? How are you going to handle getting hurt and having pain but still doing what you can to continue working toward a better version of yourself?  You are a warrior… there is always some way to continue fighting, it is your choice to put up your sword for good.
