Workout:

coupon exercises were preformed, with 30secs on and 30secs off

Dips
Squats
OH press
DL
Curls
Calf raises
Bench
(repeat the above, until time runs out)

6MOM:

30 sec split plank with 1 hand on coupon
30 sec other hand
30 sec crab plank
Flutter kicks until we circle-counted to 80

NOTE: In hindsight, I think I’d reduce the length of rest periods, to work up a better sweat.
