PAX worked through 3 stations on the assembly line. First 30 squats or overhead press, next 30 curls or dips, then a run around the parking lot. Repeat with the exercises you did not do in the prior round. After old man @goodman had had enough we got the 40 and 60 lb sandbags and carried them around the lake (switching halfway through so we each had some time with the Big Boy).
COT took place throughout the workout. Discussion of family, upcoming holidays, work satisfaction and many other topics.
