Warm-up:

light stretching – arm circles, neck rolls, run’s stance, Bear, pigeon, frog

Workout:

Each PAX performed a series of 4 exercise with bands including Merkins, Thrusters, Curls, Shoulder extensions, squats, etc.  PAX then completed a fast pace 1.1 mile run around Brunswick Lake and then completed 4 more banded exercises.

Ultimately, we made it though 3 laps around the Lake and two sets of 4 exercises 15 reps each exercise and a total of 3.3 miles at a pretty significant pace.  (I was right in the middle and my watch said 7:47 mile 1, 7:52 mile 2, and 7:56 mile 3.  (@Shugah and @Padre were much faster than me)
