We walked around the 1-mile lake trail and either carried 1 coupon, a 50lb weight, or a team of 2 carrying the ‘PT log’ consisting of a steel barbell with 2 coupons hanging from it. We took turns. If the team carrying the log had to readjust their grip, or switch hands, we dropped and did 10 merkins or 20 squats. We then rotated and kept going until we finished the 1mi lap.

We, the men of F3, frequently lead by example. With the responsibility of being our brother’s keepers, always trying to lift someone up.
With today’s workout, I’m reminded of the David Goggins book I read. During SEAL BUDS training, Goggins kept his boat team’s spirits up by keeping their mind off of how heavy the boat they were carrying was.
We all carry different amounts of weight with us. I challenge you to take a small bit of someone else’s weight from them, or share it with them, and improve their day.
