Bob Builds a Bunny Hutch

Warm-up:

neck rolls, arm circles, Michael Phelps, turn and bounce, tappy-taps, flamingos, bear squats, slow squats

Workout:

Grabbed coupons and started on far end zone in teams of 3 (and 1 team of 2).  Did 1/2 of Bob the Builder to opposing end zone (each person transported a coupon and returned to tag the next person)

Mosey to end zone that now had all the coupons and started next phase.  In same teams, each person cycled through a series of exercises, shoulder press, curls and murder bunnies “plus” (a murder bunny with a grave digger and a man maker). Thanks to @Wall-E for this idea!

One person did murder bunny + for 10 yrds and returned to end zone and did shoulder presses while the other members switch from presses to curls and curls to picking up where the murder bunny + left off.  We did this until each team completed 100yrds.  We can now refer to “regular” murder bunnies as “MB light”.

Thoughts today center around fault and responsibility as a follow up to @Flo on rights and responsibility.  Many times in life we are presented with something (challenge or problem) that is not our fault, but that doesn’t absolve us of the responsibility to be part of the solution.
