One individual performed the following exercises while the others counted reps for the individual exercising. Each exercise progressed by one rep until a pax could no longer perform the exercise. Each round was followed by a 5 rep burpee penalty.
Man makers- reached a max of 24 continuous reps or approximately 108 total reps per individual
Curls-reached max of 45 continuous reps or approximately 360 total reps per individual
Double coupon Deadlifts- reached max of 23 continuous reps or approximately 100 reps per individual
I would like note that I had several more exercises I was hoping to complete but these men wouldn’t give up and spent about 15ish minutes on each exercise. @Strickland provided some good feedback to improve the flow in the future.

I spoke to the group about on past work trips I would get caught up in the department norm of hitting the bar every night. However, during this past trip to Spain I had the confidence to go my on way and make choices that were in alignment with my goals. I knew I had the backing of all of you back home getting up in the am and working toward being better versions of yourself. As you can see from the high rep count above, it is amazing how far you can go when you are surrounded by men pushing you ahead.
