2 KB Swings
2 Push Ups
1 Goblet Squat
4 KB Swings
4 Push ups
2 Goblet Squats
This continued until we did a set with 20/10! Pretty exhausting!
Prayers for our youth. Specifically for the age group of kids 14 – 24, this 70 days of summer is when a lot of violence occurs in Akron. Prayers for a layer of protection over @6pack and his family as gun shots are commonly heard in their neighborhood. Prayers for protection and wisdom as Grace plans for the fall men’s retreat.
