Full body warm up with white sticks 20 min. timer set. 50 repetitions of the following KB Swings 2 handed, Merkins Offset 1 hand on KB the other on the ground (25 reps each side), Squats holding KB by horns, Swinging clean to press (25 reps each arm), L shape sit ups holding KB extended arms, Power deadlifts. Followed by a 1 min. Horse stance hold.
