Workout:

Stations of:

  • Run with 25lbs vest
  • Backwards pull 115lb sled to cone and back
  • Forward drag 130lb sled with 25lb vest on to come and back
  • Two 62lb Kettlebell farmer’s carry to light and back
  • 30lb slam ball
  • 90lb kettlebell hold
  • Two 22lb dumbell head pinch hold
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls
  • Rest
  • (Work stations while the backwards sled is being pulled)

COT:

Sometimes we pray and walk around with our head in a fog. For me it has lasted a while.. So in these times we need to be intentional and do the work to push through the fog. Even when nothing makes sense we still need to do the work. Pray intentionally – Live intentionally – Love intentionally.. Even when there is no hope in sight.. Because doing the right thing should happen even in our foggiest days. The fog will eventually lift.
