Warm-up:

the usual- neck rolls, arm circles, Michael Phelps, turn and bounce, Abe Vigodas, flamingos, bear squats.

Workout:

23+ glorious minutes of kettlebell running (or vest + kettlebell for @Misny) alternating right and left hand to exhaustion, performing 10 reps of an exercise of each person’s choosing, running to the opposite end zone and repeating.  Set that to music from DJ Stafford and that’s a Wednesday!  Completed about 2+ miles.  Oh yeah, the weather was nice too!

COT:

talked about finding the gratitude in every situation, even the “bad” ones.  What is a key learning or takeaway to help us grow?  Sometimes obstacles are placed in our way to protect us from something more serious.
