Each PAX called out 30 reps of their exercise. @Blitzkrieg started us off with some 4 count monkey humpers – yup whole 30 of ’em. which kinda set the stage for the 4 count cadence.
Finisher was a lap of Indian run and then burpees as we waited for the 6

I struggle with being in the moment. My prayer for the pax today was that we strive to recognize and appreciate the now.and even if you fail – @Software – “Tomorrow brings another day, so don’t get caught up in yesterday”.
