4 Pax headed west on Sturbridge and @Shugah decided to lone it and headed east for an out and back straight shot of 3 miles. The rest of us had 3.25 miles run and @Evan and @Forrest tacked on a a little over a mile more bonus work . The pace started easy and then I let @Butterfest know of the extra .25 added to the 3 and he said we needed to pick up the pace. After we passed the garbage truck on 42 I introduced @Butterfest and @Evan to the picturesque street of West Park Blvd. @Barnum provided the scoop on Dip n Dots empire ongoings. @Barnum is also preparing for the trifecta of Spartan racing in June by running the half marathon course, 10k course, and 5k course all in the same weekend.
