– Merkin/plank jack pyramid ¼ ration – 1 merkin to 4 (4 count) plank jacks. Worked up to 5/20
– Bear crawl 123 – Pax paired up and took turns performing 100 merkins, 200 lbc’s and 300 squats. While the one partner did the prescribed exercise the other partner bear crawled halfway across the football field (80 feet) and “sprinted” back. As usual @McGruber rocked it!
2 Corinthians 4:18 – “while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” This is a reminder that much of the events/feelings we experience in life, especially the unpleasant ones, are temporary.
